UPDATE (SEPT. 2006) The time for submitting questionnaires is past. Steve Trivers has tabulatated all questionnaires received, and the results are being compiled into an essay. If you did not fill out a questionnaire before now, you missed your chance. You'll have a chance to read the results in the published reunion book.

As part of the 57 reunion book, Steve Trivers and Gregory Wierzynski have generously volunteered to co-edit a class profile essay, based on your responses to a set of questions. Please participate so they have a full set of responses on which to base their essay!

IGNORE the following instructions; they are here only as a template for future classes that might wish to see how this page was structured.

Instructions:
(1) Download this file: questionnaire.rtf. NOTE: this is a "rich text format" file and should work in any word-processing program. If you can't open it, use the following text file instead: questionnaire.txt. Print a copy.
(2) Complete the questionnaire. This should require roughly 20 minutes of your time.
(3) Send the completed questionnaire by post to Stephen Trivers, 828 Boswell Lane, Kalamazoo, MI 49006. Return addresses are not needed.

NOTE: To ensure anonymity, the questionnaire does not ask for your name or location, and we ask that you submit the questionnaires by postal mail rather than e-mail.
